The Science of Beauty
Good skin care is the foundation of a beautiful appearance. As dermatology and plastic surgery professionals, we are devoted to the science of beauty through skin care. We have dedicated our careers to identifying those treatments and ingredients that work and calling out those that do not. It is through this science-based approach that we have been able to identify the best skin care products for your needs.
Making the Shift
In the past, you may have purchased skin products that touted exotic sounding space-age ingredients. But we have assessed the spectrum of skin care science and technology available today and brought to you the best that exists based upon our professional opinion.
We are not here to “sell” to you. We are here to provide you with an honest take on what really works – based on science – and tell you what is hype. We want to deliver a skin care regimen that is effective based upon reasoned evaluation and experience.
This is where you find truth and honesty in skin care. Where we treat you like an intelligent individual. Just as we would with our patients, we recommend to you what we feel will work best.
As skin care science evolves, we will continually be developing new products. Skin care should not be a mystery. It should be straightforward and easy to understand – and effective. And it should work. Your skin is too important to entrust to “miracle cures.”
We have grouped products into three basic categories – prep, treat, and protect skin. These products contain recognizable substances that cleanse, treat common skin issues, and protect skin from additional damage.
We view our relationship with you as a doctor-patient relationship and will treat you with honesty, care, and respect. We use the science of beauty to help you identify what works, what doesn’t, and what best meets your needs.
Unlike many product lines, our skin care treatments don’t only revolve around particular ingredients or skin issues; they focus on a demographic: young, knowledgeable women who want products that work. We only recommend products effective for your skin. This is the same approach we take with patients in our offices.
